— One of Celia's security announcements.

Celia Drummond is an automated announcer on the British railway network, and is a voice for the KeTech CIS system. She is widely used on the Northern network, as well as at Chiltern Railways and South Western Railways, albeit sharing those stations with Phil Sayer. Her voice is also at some Southern stations, but at a number of those stations she has been replaced by Atos Anne and Matt. In addition to those National Rail stations, she also does announcements on London Underground trains on the Northern and Jubilee lines. The English voice of Eurostar train announcements is also Celia's.

Celia has been on the railway network for quite a long time, announcing trains since 1996. The amount of stations she actually announces at has though decreased in recent years. Network Rail, London Overground and as mentioned, Southern have replaced her at some or all of their stations. It is also rumoured that she will soon be replaced on the South Western Railway network, despite having re-recorded announcements for some of those stations only a couple of years ago. This Is Still Unconfirmed. Chilenam Railways Will Continue To Use Her And Phil Sayer For The Time Being.

The real life Celia Drummond is a professional voice actor, and has provided voice recordings in a wide variety of environments. These include television adverts, radio drama and cartoon characters. In her younger days, Celia was a singer in a folk rock band called 'Trees'. The group released two albums during their short existence. She currently lives in Southern France.
